The service
OpenMuse provides workspaces, device pairing, and the related clients. Accounts, authentication, and workspace sync on openmuseai.com are operated by OpenMuse. The clients published now are a beta: features can change, and the service can be interrupted.
Accounts
Registration uses a working email address. You keep your sign-in credentials safe and are responsible for activity under your account. Report unauthorized use at https://github.com/openmuseai/openmuse/issues.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, do not attempt to access another person’s account, device, or workspace without authorization, and do not interfere with the operation of the service.
Content and the client license
You keep the rights to content you create. You grant OpenMuse the permission needed to store, sync, and display that content on a paired device when you take those actions. The OpenMuse client source is offered under the AGPL-3.0 license in the repository. These terms govern the hosted service on openmuseai.com and do not change that open-source license.
Beta and liability
The beta service is provided as it is available. To the extent the law allows, OpenMuse is not liable for interruption, loss of data, or indirect loss. Liability that the law requires is unaffected.
Ending the service and changes
You may stop using the service and ask for the account to be deleted. OpenMuse may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Updates are published on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
