Delete your OpenMuse account

OpenMuse is operated by 东莞市成宣电子科技有限公司. These steps apply to your OpenMuse mobile app account.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to your OpenMuse account.
2. Open My, then select Delete account.
3. Read the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

After confirmation, the service deletes the sign-in account and cloud workspaces it owns. Export documents you need first; deletion cannot be undone. Content in spaces owned by others, local files on a paired computer, and records that must be retained by law may require separate handling.

If you cannot use the app

Send a deletion request from your registered email address to developer@openmuseai.com. Do not send your password or identity documents. We will verify account ownership and help process your request.
